struggling the past two days, its difficult dieting when mother nature calls. Not sure what the scales are gonna say on Monday. Steven moved the scales too so hoping theres not too much difference because of that. gonna give myself this weekend to get back on track and then I need to power through next week. just needed to get my thoughts clear tonight because I'm feeling agitated with myself and I'm already beating myself up for the snacks the past 2 days.
