Bukan kak.. kentang rebus.. cuma tadi ada kentangnya yg putih itu udh lembek duluan daripada yg kuning 🤣🤣

(1) Brokoli dikukus
(2) Kentang direbus, setelah matang, angkat, taburi garam dan lada dikit, aduk2
(3) ayam sambal matah - ayam dipanggang teflon api kecil, ditutup, sampe keluar airnya. Jadi tanpa minyak. setelah diangkat, disuwir. Sambal matahnya bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe, daun jeruk bubuk, sereh bubuk. Siram pakai air hasil panggang ayam. Campur ke ayam suwirnya.
