after cardio 30" tapi gk bsa aku foto hasil kringetnya karna aku hijaban dirumah cardio non hijab karna aku irt.. yg irt mau perut rata semangatt jadi aku termotivasi buat ratain perut paska melahirkan 2 anak... semoga bsa ya... amin semangat.. semangat..
