Yes, last year through a few curve balls! Lockdown meant stopping daily gym and swim....hard to get back to. Add some covid kilos' and the biggest change was my needing to become primary carer for my wife. So hard to get time away from home when she is unwell. Need to find some creative ways to get some regular exercise.

Ah, I am also carer for my partner who has some serious and painful physical conditions. I do make sure that she is ok while I do my gym and swim, but it cuts short the time I have to do that, so I mainly walk close to home and do hand weights and bodyweight exercises, have also got into using heavy resistance bands, still working out what I can do with them. My gym sessions are 25 minutes of intense workout.
