5:55am, Thurday day 13. I am not beating myself up. I only want to say that I am bummed out that after the relapse, pig out, binge, what ever it's called that now I have to re-lose that weight! I could be several lbs. closer to my goal right now. I must stop for it is a speach to myself I do not need, but a lesson to be learned.
