Well started my journey on Atkins yesterday. The first day went pretty well. I did start to have my late night sugar/carb cravings around 9PM but I pushed through and had zero cheats! Today I am having a lot of tooth pain from a persistent issue. It has been making wanting to eat difficult as it is super sensitive to just about everything. I did purchase some Atkins milk chocolate shakes and I have to say they are delish!! I would definitely recommend.
