Last night I was in bed with a coke. I felt so fat and gross. I told myself that's it time to start a new lifestyle. I'm craving a coke so bad today! So far I've only had two cups of coffee to get me threw this. This needs to be done.
My sister in law is doing a 5K this spring...some kind of mud run. I would LOVE to be in that. So that is my motivation right now. I joined a gym right before Christmas, but I've only gone a few times. I will really need to get back into that as well.

You can do it! I was reading a book and it said to make some non- weightloss goals to promote a healthy lifestyle, and doing a 5K is a great example. I know how hard it is to give up coke. What helped me is doing a little research about what soda does to your body. Love yourself! Good luck on your journey!

I think I will. I should be able. We don't live very close, but close enough that on the weekends we could get together. I guess it's actually a group of her friends that do this. They are all different fitness levels, so it'll fun.

Sign up for the 5K!! I am doing two this year, one in may and one in July. It was my new years resolution, and also doubles as an item on my bucket list lol. Go to the gym!! I know it sucks starting out. I had a terrible time with insecurity when I first started going but I promise the hardest part is walking through that door. Set some fitness goals to get you going. Along with weightloss seeing my fitness improving was a great motivator to continue. Maybe walk/speed walk/ or jog a 5K on the treadmill a couple times a week and watch yourself shave time off of it. As for the coke craving... get a coke zero! I drink them from time to time when I'm craving soda, it's the best tasting diet cola available, I've tried them all lol. Sure diet pop isn't the greatest for you, but its calorie free so It's not going to kill you. I've been at this a long time now, and I'm telling you YOU CAN do this! Pep up :-)
