Weight is a bit up, but I'm not surprised or disappointed. This is the time in my cycle where my weight usually jumps a pound or two. Also, there was that glass of wine on Sunday... C'est la vie! I'm almost at three weeks of Atkins. Sticking to induction for the time being - with a couple of little bumps in my low-carb road.
107.5 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
