I’ve never tried fermented radish. Is it like sauerkraut but different texture or more like kimchi?

It isn’t as crunchy as sauerkraut and it’s easier to chew. It came in a glass jar. This was the first time I’ve purchased it, and I will get more if I can remember where I bought it.

I've pickled radishes before and roasted them. Roasted radishes taste like red potatoes.

I'm obsessed with radishes right now. I love them on a salad with spinach,feta, and balsamic. I also eat them as veggie snacks. 4 radishes have 1 calorie! Win win👍
