Welcome. Just remember it's one day at a time, and you may not be happy with each and every day's results, but ----- the overall end picture, achieving your goal, is the focus. I hit 330 and that didn't happen in a few days so it has been taking much more than a few days to reach my current 205. But the way I feel is soooo worth the effort. No more Sleep Apnea CPAP unit at night! No more using a cane for banged up knees. No more inconvenience of bending down to lace up footwear, for work or for the trail walking I enjoy now ---- and not gasping for air at the slightest exertion. It IS worth it. Best wishes.

Thanks for sharing. I am currently off work with siatica issues so I figured no time like now to make my life change. Very depressing most days but I know deep down I want and need this change. Reading others journey's have helped get me started. Again thanks

Set your goals easy...10 lbs at a time. Be happy, each day is a different mood day. Stick as close as you can to your intake. Best start, your here! I've been a yo yo, it happens, you can't beat yourself up over it. Now that you began, keep the faith, straight ahead with curves. Look forward to seeing your progress. 😊
