Bahan:
1. Bawang putih 1 siung
2. Oatmeal instan 4 sendok makan
3. Telur 1butir
4. Brokoli sesuai selera (bisa diganti sayur lain)
Caranya:
Rebus air sedikit dulu diteflon tunggu mendidih. Kalo udah mendidih masukin bawang putih yg udah diiris kecil2. Tambahin air lagi sesuai selera, rebus telurnya sm dimasukin brokolinya. Terakhir oatmeal nya dimasukin dan tambah garam.
