So I am down 8lbs the first week...I know a lot of that is water weight, but I'll take it. Going back to Keto has not been bad at all...I never totally left it. Hardest part is eating enough fat and calories. I'm also doing IF...so I'm only eating between 11am to 7pm. I've also been tired this week...my body is trying to get used to this way of eating again. Hoping I can keep up the momentum and lose 20lbs by the end of Feb to middle of March. Still need to incorporate some exercise in over the next week...but I'll get there. Thank you all for the support!!

It you feel tired make sure you get enough electrolytes. I usually focus on salt, potassium and magnesium for myself. Drink water so you are hydrated... But you are probably a pro since you are back on it. Congrats and good luck

I always went by: limit carbs, get your protein but fat is energy so if at the end of the day you’re satisfied and feel good don’t eat more just to meet fat grams or percentage.
