Feeling good about the exercise I have done.... that 30 day Shred DVD has me sore after 2 days. Feeling ok about the food / calories... I know I could do better but I have been ok. Now, the scale is a whole other thing...that I do NOT feel ok about. Still looking like a 1 lb gain rather than a loss. 3 more days until my Friday weigh-in and I am losing hope but, I will keep at it as I know I can't expect results in a couple of days. This is just telling me that this is going to be a hard road (which I knew) and a long journey (which I also knew).

Stick with it and DON'T lose hope! You are making great changes and that is something to feel awesome about; don't focus solely on the scale. You're gonna do it!!!!
