Didn’t work out or weigh on today. I’m super sore from weights snd I have a tooth infection where the pain has traveled from the top of my head to my jaw and down my neck. Maybe tomorrow.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi everyone, I’m new here and just now figured out how to leave a comment. Any of my previous comments were for my own tracking. Many of you are very inspirational to me and I am thankful for you. I was at my peak of fitness 4 years ago and just got totally burnt out and stopped everything all together. Working out, eating well, etc. As the years went on, so did the weight gain. Made up my mind that this year will be different! I am already seeing results although the scale says differently, but it’s not what the scale says, right? I feel good about my progress and just wanted to say thank you for everyone being honest about your own. To a better year! Cheers 🥂
