Joseph's pits bread 60 calorie one, shredded chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese and I used g Hughes sugar free bbq sauce. Montreal chicken seasoning for the chicken. 1 minute brown and wild rice. I'm all about air fry and microwave. No time for long recipes. Keep the twisted tea chilled lol!

As far as it being alot of calories maybe for some but I have lost 11 lbs in 3 weeks. Something is working.
