so im a bit disappointed for not gyming last night but seriously its only week one of the gym program and my muscles just was TOO SORE!! going to try tonight though! but kinda starting to dig it!!!

Listen to your body ! AS jy te seer het, vat dit rustig - doen eerder strek oefeninge of ligte oefeninge en as jy voel jy kan nie , moenie ! Anders is dit wanneer jy dit begin haat en jou liggaam begin seer kry! Don't give up, but give yourself time to adjust ! ;)

The more often you train. The less the Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) will be. Its just that your body is not used to that kind of training, will adjust over time. Use a Foam Roller after your workout to roll out the lactic acid build up and do some Myofascial release work. Should improve the "stiffness"

Korrek wat JRK se! ek was ook baie seer aan die begin, maar nogsteeds elke dag gegaan. sodra die spiere warm is, is die seer minder/weg. just keep going en strek baie goed voor en na oefeninge.

well ek gaan my spiere dan oefen wat nie so onsaglik seer is nie! so ABS IT IS! thanks Peepz

Julle advise is great!! Ek het ook die week gesukkel met ongelooflike eina spiere (maar op lekker manier eina), toe een aand besluit ek om yoga inpleks van cardio te doen, oh my word, dit was net die volgende dag erger!!! haha. Maar al is dit hoe seer sodra ek geoefen het voel dit beter op n manier.
