Another day I've gone to the YMCA, did 70 minutes on the treadmill, 30 minutes in the swimming pool and 15 minutes in the hot tub. I love that last part for sure. The pool is nice because after I've done my walk my ankles are aching, in the pool I don't even have to put them down. Hot tub...very relaxing. Tomorrow...I hope I don't jinx myself but the treadmill is scheduled to be repaired. Please Lord, let's make this happen. I know everyone has been dismayed by their weather and actually I have too but not really for the same reason. Here in the Northwest it has been rainy and cold. Not freezing so much like the rest of the country and in that I feel very lucky, I am just not set for wet wear. So getting this treadmill up and running again is so important to me. I hope everyone is making today a great and successful day!
