halo aku udah masuk ke ideal, tapi perut belum rata gitu. aku WO hiit 5-6x seminggu gapernah ganti selalu pake emi wong, apa harus ganti dengan WO yang lain ya? misalnya yang khusus perut sama paha gitu?
