So I slacked off a little this weekend; ate too many sweets - I have such a sweet tooth!! But today is a new day and cant look back. Heading to the gym soon to do some running on the treadmill, half hour of kickboxing, and half hour of legs. I gotta burn those calories. I kind of disappointed with my weigh in a few days ago, it somewhat discourages me from doing better and fights my cravings. I know I can do this but I just need to get in the swing of things. Hopfully I can drop these 8.5lbs by mid Feb.
