I am so sick. Fever, sore throat, nose, etc. I have literally not been eating much. The carb cravings have kicked in. I am trying to be good. But being sick sucks.

I have weight loss, but I am honestly think it is all lack of eating weight at this point.

How do you all handle dieting and being sick?
