Okay friends I have a total product endorsement here for my South Beach peeps! If you have not tried Kraft's Fiber Fit bars you have too! Worth absolutely every penny! The pic is off the s'mores but being the coffee freak I am I tried the FiberFit Mocha Granola bars and all I can say is YUM! Tons of fiber (9g) and super filling... net carbs are actually 13 (FS does not deduct for sugar alcohol) so it is the perfect snack for Phase 2. I of course had mine with a cup of coffee. Other then that... Down a few pounds, feeling less tired but I think I am struggling a little with depression more then likely because of all this damn snow or money or snow or mom in hospital... any hoo I am sure it will pass soon ;) Keep on keeping on!

It looks like those might be a better alternative to regular ice cream or a candy bar. Personally, I will stay away because I could see myself eating the whole box.

Honestly I do not think it is possible to eat the whole box because they are surprisingly filling. As far as added sugars, everything pre-made has added sugars of some sort and if it keeps me from eating something the candy bar I really want I am all for it. I like the South Beach line of foods and use them in moderation to help fill in the gaps because I so easily reach for the bad things.
