Worn out, went to the Y and walked on the treadmill for a hour and then of coarse had to walk a mile home so I'm beat. Gonna take a break for about a half hour then get on with cooking and cleaning. Hope everyone is having a really great day!

Im so proud of you Bea! I saw your loss and I know it wasnt quite what you wanted but our bodies are funny like that. Just keep with the exercise and youll get where youre going. I hope you have a great day/night!

Do you like the treadmill? I have never been on one but my daughter and I are joining a gym this spring and since I cant hardly do my home elliptical I think I want to try the treadmill or stationary bike.We plan on walking a nice lake track when weather improves.-17 is ridiculous!
