Cindy Thompson's Journal, 10 Jan 11

Good morning everyone! This past weekend was very emotional with our pastor's funeral and then the news of our daughter getting pregnant. I overcame the temptation to emotionally eat my way through the pain. Also the dinner we had with Cliff's family went well. We met at a restaurant. I ordered steak and broccoli which is right on plan. The only thing killing me is all the car and train trips. All that sitting. I won't complain though because I got to see family. Today is a new day. I will focus on being healthier and stronger. I can do it with God's Help! We Can Do It With God's Help and a little help from our Fatsecret buddies!
