Well numbers are in - 138lbs, 36,28,33,37 1/2. My measurements are the same but I gained 3lbs?! Really? I know I wasn't good this weekend but honestly, I didn't think I was that bad. My week was great, I've been eating so much better, having more produce in the house. I don't understand. I've been going to the gym once-twice a day, mixing intervals, intense cardio and lifting. I'm just so defeated. I can't begin to explain how low this feels. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong and why all my friends aren't paying attention, but they're staying so thin. I'm back up to my college weight and I've changed so much. I have no idea what to do and I feel like I just wasted my time being so concerned over something I clearly can't change.
