Lunch was a little heavy today but well worth it, as I did 30min of cardio this morning. I got air-fryer salmon, chicpeas salad with tomato onion and avocado and The curry fried cauliflower rice taste just like couscous! 🤤

If I were on a 500 calorie diet I think everything would look amazing. 🤗

This meal was actually 750cal and around 46g of protein. I forgot about all the good fats in the salmon. I think if I subbed out the chicpeas and got better salad dressing. We’d drop back down to 550cal. And that’s 6.5oz of salmon. I’m gonna stick up in low calorie waldens this weekend.

Carmine, that looks fantastic! ROSEBUD, I can't imagine a 500 calorie diet, that must be really difficult!
