Was very busy yesterday work 7.5 hours, then took down all the Christmas decorations. We ate junk food last night and I recorded it all shamefully and then proceed to drink a bottle Moscato by myself. I only went over my calorie intake by 3 points though Woo Hoo!! I guess I knew I was gonna be bad.
I have a very busy week ahead of me but I am very happy so far with my weight lose let's hope it keeps up!!
