So...I have been using FatSecret's Calorie Counter app on my Android phone for some time now, and it has helped me so much! Writing down my food intake and seeing what the calories are has helped me become accountable for every single thing I put in my mouth. I only recently registered on the FatSecret website, and have so far been impressed with all of the weight loss tools that aren't accessible in the mobile app. Let's hope these tools will help me even more, as I lose the last 5 pounds and reach my goal weight!!

On another note, I just found out yesterday that my oldest sister is getting married in September of this year, and I will be one of her bridesmaids! I have never been in a wedding before, and I am incredibly excited...and only slightly nervous! Now, even though I haven't reached my goal weight, I am thinking about how I'll stay at 140 pounds until September. I must remind myself to take things one day at a time, and cross that bridge when it comes! The last time I visited my family (they live in Canada and I am in California) I was at least 15 pounds heavier than I am now, and I can't wait for everyone to see me looking hot as hell!
