today was not a good day. i ate so much. i had awkward cravings and i need help with my willpower and self control.i need to stop eating after i finish what is on my plate. please help ...
breakfast -1 packet Quaker Lower Sugar Apples & Cinnamon Oatmeal -3/4 cup diced cantaloupe -1 slice Natures Own 100% Whole Wheat Sugar Free bread with 1/4 cup Egg Beaters and 1/2 slice Sargento Reduced Fat Provolone cheese
lunch -2 slices Natures Own 100% Whole Wheat Sugar Free bread with 3 slices deli turkey, 2 small slices tomato, 2 spinach leaves -1 cup Campbells Select Harvest Southwestern Style Vegetable Soup -4 12" celery sticks -1 Dannon Light & Fit Carb Control Creamy Vanilla yogurt -1 med. apple
Dinner -2 cups seafood pasta [whole wheat noodles,brocolli, shrimp, scallops, and baby bella mushrooms] -2 cups of steamed Kale -1 med. apple -1/4 cup nonfat ricotta cheese -1 cup cabbage -1 medium [7"] carrot -4 romaine leaves
EXTRA -3/4 cup nonfat milk with 1 tsp Ghirardelli 100% cocoa [x2]

I understand this dilemma, it is one I fight most days... you have to find a motivation that will get you going... maybe you can not do it for yourself, then pick something like these challenges... the pound for pound thing has really shifted my focus, it became something that will help others for me,,, I have messed up a couple times,,, but my focus is getting back on track and not giving up. you have to seperate yourself from the food when you eat a serving, walk away, chew gum... exercise instead... but get away from the food, don't sit with it in front of you. I hope this helps. It is a tough problem but you are not alone in it.

Awe, honey... you ate very well and very healthy today! You should feel proud of eating good, healthy foods! I'm jealous! Hubby came home with a bag of Ruffles before dinner tonight (which I never buy,) and we chopped the entire bag with the kids... beforeeeeeeee dinner! =S Chin up my lil chicca... you did great! As long as you have whole foods in front of you, like you did today, don't ever knock eatin' up them good foods! :) You're rockin' it up! :)
