I have slipped a little bit the latter part of this week. It has gotten DARNED COLD here in Dallas.. 18 above zero when I got up. But the sun is shining and we should see at least 40 today. Yippee! So I wanted to turn on the oven and instead of making bread or dinner rolls, I cracked 5 eggs, chopped a couple pieces of ham, jalapenos, mexican 4 blend cheese and made a quiche. It was good, although not on my plan :( So 2 days of going over my calculated calorie allotment, I vow to stay on course this weekend. Should get some exercise to, doing chores and taking care of business.
