Well today I decided that I can't keep doing atkins. I am tired and feel aweful constantly. I also have problems with my blood sugar and not being able to keep it up and doing atkins I elminate too many things I need to keep my sugar levels up and stable. I am going to continue dieting and working out but I am going to do it a bit different.

If you are feeling tired and awful you may need some broth to help you get through the "atkins flu" that hits when you first start. Just make sure it is the one with low carbs and salt in it. After about a week you start feeling amazing, it is worth pushing through. Maybe up your carbs very slightly and then slowly inch them down again once you are feeling better. Atkins has been awesome for my diabetes!
