Here we go again and this past month has been a huge challenge for me. Tomorrow I will be going to see my dietician and doing my monthly weigh in. I feel like I've done very well sticking to what I feel is a calorie count that I can live with. I have kept moving even with my obstacle broke down treadmill. I've been doing better about putting myself out in view of the public walking my neighborhood and going to the YMCA so I just hope it shows success tomorrow. Today here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest the sun was shining but it was still fairly cold out. I did my 30 minute walk although honestly I did not really feel in the mood I went anyway. This is a good thing for me as I used to be the kind of person who would have just said nope not in the mood. I feel like I am victorious over my own sabotaging inner voice. I hope my buddies are feeling victorious as well, take care.
