Guess who reached her 70s! This B right here! It was so hard in the beginning but we here now🙌🏾..

Anyways, this is what I’ve been doing the past few weeks. I skip rope (1000) jumps/day, I do intermittent fasting 16/8 and I count my calories. My calorie average intake per week is 1300-1400 depending on how I’m feeling that day. I’ve reduced my carb intake, each day I aim for 20% carbs, 60% fat and 20% protein. With fat and protein I interchange.

Thank you Jen, the thing is I’m short (160cm) my BMI is a bit high it says I’m supposed to be at least 68kgs. But I feel good when I’m 70kg. So yeah the goal is to stay on my 70s 😅..

Hi.. Well done. I'm also starting to embrace the IF with keto lifestyle. How long did it take before you started seeing results. Also, I have a wicked sweet tooth.. Any tips for me during 'shark week'?

Hi Cindy, I’d be lying if I’d say that I’m a pro at this lol..but what I’ve been doing so far works for me. Unfortunately I don’t like sweet stuff that much, but if I’m craving something a bit sweet I eat almonds, peanut butter or sometimes I make fat chocolate bombs using dark chocolate, coconut oil, almonds and honey. There’s a variety of recipes you can do on keto, you must check them out on google. But I’m not doing keto at the moment I just count my calories and make sure that I eat healthy carbs. But I still like my peanut butter it takes my cravings away..
