Worked 10 hours yesterday and have about that much to do today. My badonkadonk can't take much more of this chair! LOL! I set a recurring alarm in my Outlook at work to guzzle water.. maybe should do the same to get up and move around. I was so tired, I wanted something fast and salty so frito chili pie was the nastiest thing I could eat. There. It's done, over and out of the way. I will grill some chicken and turkey tonight for sure and get some more fresh veggies.
My boss is a triathlete and very fit. He's like my height and weighs less than 130lbs!!!!!! He wasn't always fit. 11 years ago he set out to change the fat guy wearing his clothes. I am so inspired - Yes I am.
