Ok so I have been horrible and when I have to weigh I'm sure it will show. Bad food choices and little exercise but my friends are doing good and give me the motivation to try harder so here I go.😃

Just to clarify: your choices may have been horrible. You, however, are not horrible. You are awesome. We all have bad days and that's when you come on here and spill it all, get love and support and as Kathy said so eloquently, "hitch up your pants". Hang in there! It will be a better week, promise.
