Haven't seen the scale move for 3 days now. I had been losing a little bit every day for a while and now for 3 days I've been stuck at 137.5. I was hoping to be 135 by the time we left for vacation in 3 days but doesn't look like that's going to happen. Oh well, I'm just hoping I can stay disciplined during vacation and not gain.

You are at a low weight and have very little to lose. It's normal to lose and then slow to a pound or less a week. Kick up the cardio to go along with the circuit training. It will help.
