I am so angry I just want to scream!!! Today the man who is suppose to fix my treadmill came after 5 pm and didn't fix it. He claims that I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the part he ordered to come before he can fix it. I'm about to lose my mind. I have to wonder what forces are working against me? Today is a bust. It is too late for me to wander my neighborhood for exercise. I have to plan to get up and take the bus to the Y from now on. I am lucky I have that option but not feeling all that lucky about having to take so much out of my day for this exercise that I cannot put off. I'm sorry that I am venting but I have no where else I can. Nobody else cares how this effects me. Starting fresh tomorrow. Have a great evening friends.

I understand your frustration, but don't beat yourself up. Start fresh tomorrow. You've been so strong so far, you're helping me to be stronger. I know what its like when no one seems to support your efforts. My family tunes me out, pretty much, except my daughter. That's why I think I like going to the gym. Everyone is there for the same thing. Have a goodnight!

It is good that you were able to express your frustration here. Don't let it affect your overall drive though. In fact, let us all use those scenarios as a tool to push ourselves harder! =)
