How often do you all weigh yourselves? I see loads of weigh ins everyday.. 🤔

Once a week is plenty, if you do it more often, you'll just drive yourself mad as weight fluctuates quite a lot.

Thats what I will be doing (Once weekly) I was just checking as I have seen some weighing often.. Was just wondering what the reasoning behind that was? 🤔

I can’t weigh more than one day a week I suffer wiv mental health on times and it just makes it worse but that’s just me x

Missmac I want a true weight rather than trust home scales I try and use the scales at Boots(a bit difficult at the moment)

I weigh myself most mornings but usually only record once per week and found monday best for me because it makes me mindful over the weekend a not eat as much.

for my part I only weigh myself once on a Monday. I feel that if you weigh yourself everyday then you're going to become obsessed with it and in the long run its not good for your mental health.
