Ok 2nd day of Atkins Induction. Im having a bit of a learning curve w the diary food entry. My goal is to figure it out today. Many of you have given me some advise and I thank you.;D I lost .7 lbs. I'll take it. I really think it's from an upset stomach, not to be too graphic. lol I'm celiac and went to my sister's going away party for her daughter 2 nights ago. I chanced ate a few things that were on the fence. Yesterday and predominantly today, I am getting the award for my decisions. I'm being sarcastic for those that don't now me. Pulled out the oz. gram weight scale. I look forward to not having to figure out everything w a fine tooth comb. I'm a creature of habit, so before long I'll be able to enter most foods easily. That said, I do like change up. Working on a 1100 cal day, w 20-25 carb grams. plenty of water. Non food things that help me lose weight: fake tan, eating and drinking out of the best dishes, wearing skin tight clothes or better yet a slinky cocktail dress, (being disgusted actually motivates me), stretching and doing some calisthenics' if I don't get my butt to the gym. I'm in the 15 lb challenge by Mar 17. Bring it! My biggest accomplishment from yesterday: no chips or chocolate yay! That's huge for me. Best wishes!
