Yes, I burned 700 calories in 1 hour on the elliptical with the whole intent to have an English Toffee cappuccino & 2 Grandma's chocolate chip cookies (569 calories)! =D Oh .... so good! :P (Mapco has a special ... when you buy any size coffee, the cookies are free! Can't pass up a cappuccino & 2 cookies for 82 cents!)

LOL!! Bet they were yummy and well worth the exercise! It's amazing how far we have come, not too long ago we would have eaten and drank whatever we wanted and not cared about it, it feels so much better to have control of ourselves. Have a good Friday and weekend! and also, Thank You for being that wonderful supportive buddy that lifts up our spirits when we need it (O:

What would we do without Chocolate Chip Cookies?! I told Dad that I was not baking any unless we have visitors at church, since I am working on cutting down on sweets. So, he is purchasing his own chocolate covered graham cracker cookies at the Dollar General Store!

I just read your latest comment about my treadmill run lol! I had the vision of you falling off the back of the treadmill again!! It took me forever to work up to my latest runs, my husband (the long distance runner no less!) was telling me it's mostly mental because you think you can't do it when your body is more than capable of doing it and he may just be right (of course I can't tell him that lol!) You're doing awesome doing what you are doing, just think back to before you started this journey, you have come so far and accomplished so much in terms of health and you have changed your life. I think you're an amazing person and I thank you for being my cheerleader! (O:
