This week has been fairly strange... I need to do a spike day today I think. Maybe pizza or I could stop for fast food on the way home. Either way if I only keep eating like I did yesterday then my metabolism will most likely slow down a good bit, and I definately don't want that :/
Sounds like tonight might be a pretty good workout night.
