Having a hard time remembering to log my food in, well at least the food I can keep down. Seems I cant eat that much chicken or meat yet. Sticking to softer foods for now. I'm happy that the scale is finally moving a little. Have been doing good with all the vitamins I have to take and water intake is a little better too.

Your doing Great!! I usually pre-plan my meals for the day. Helps keep me on track. :) I have breakfast at my computer and log it all in then. Keep on Rocking it!! :D You got this!!

I remember about once a week. What I have noticed is that is probably a true representation of what I eat every other day...So, I say keep trying! I wonder if it has anything to do with only wanting to write down good food and not all the crap I think isn't adding up...none-the-less! Keep on keeping on

ALKJ I think you are right. If ou notice that the days I have only like 50 calories logged in is because I most likely ate all the wrong things that day, usually happens on the weekends...but i will keep on keeping on
