OMG...my tight jeans slipped right on today and in fact they are little baggy. I am SO THRILLED! I've heard it said that being thin feels better than anything tastes. While I wouldn't call myself thin I get the meaning of that statement. The feeling I am having at this moment, happiness, excited about the future, so PROUD of myself for being disciplined and sticking with my plan and most excited about my results! I LOVE THIS SITE!

thank you everyone...it means so much to me to read comments like this. Your support helps me so much! It's hard with (non-dieting)friends to constantly keep making statements about weight loss but HERE I can talk about it because we ALL want to talk about weight loss and diets!! love y'all~
