I just cannot wait to hit 70s..I’ve been battling with this 80kgs for quite some time now. My downfall is that I’m breastfeeding so I don’t wanna do drastic changes on my diet as that will affect my milk supply..so I’m taking it slowly but I’m impatient also..arggg man. This weight loss journey is hard.
But I have to say after giving birth I was at my heaviest, I was in the 90kgs..I managed to get to 80s. I guess I shouldn’t be too hard on myself because my baby is still 6 months.
