I am back on the counting calories again.

I stopped for 6 months.

Another new Years resolution. hopefully this one will be better. Today I just passed my Army tape. I had not been taped and weighed for a while. I am still 15 lbs over what the Army weigt is at 144. I will update my weight goals. I also joined Nutri System since my will power is crappy.

Lets hope this year means a great success to weight loss.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
