I decided to keep track of my food/cals/fat ect...but I am doing it on my dailyplate, so much easier for me. so yesterday I kept my calories under 1200. I think it helped b/c I was down another pound yesterday. I did however, have a bowl of SB cereal for breakfast and an apple later that day for snack. I wasn't positive if I was going to do phase 1 for 2 weeks or not since I have done it so many times, so it looks like I will try to keep to phase 1 as much as I can handle, and allow myself phase 2 approved foods when needed.But all in all, a great day!
School was canceled here today in GA b/c of a light dusting of snow. lol. It is so funny to me when they cancel school, but I guess I am glad since NO ONE here knows how to drive in it. I would rather keep my kids here safe at home, than on the roads with a bunch of non-snow drivers.
