So last night my chicken was not deforsted so I made spaghetti with meat sauce. Problem is I wasn't thinking and drained the beef down the drain and now have a clogged drain :( opps. Looks like I'll be buying some draino tonight. I did eat a little too mcuh spaghetti but I made up for it by going with my boyfriend to take our dog, Kudo, on a walk. Then when we got home I played on the kinect for 2 hours. I oredered a game for kinect, your shape fitness, and it will come tomorrow, I can't wait to try it out. I love the kinect! Tonight I'm going to zumba with some girlfriends of mine, no backing out today. Gotta get the heart rate up and keep moving! So far my motivation is high and I hope it continues this way. I just have to keep exercise fun and not a shore. As expected I'm feeling a lot better these days since I have begun to eat healthier.
