Well, back on the wagon again after falling off for over two weeks during the holidays. It is amazing that your body talks to you. Towards the end of indulgence, I was feeling not just fat but bloated and sluggish. Now, with just four days of eating well again I feel better and have already dropped 2 of the 3.5 pounds that I gained so rapidly. I am also happy with my decision to not include any wine for at least a month. I want to see how even a small amount of alcohol effects weight loss and will power. Tonight: yoga with my husband. Feeling like with this visible and rapid weight loss that my metabolism is healthy and normal and I just need to keep around 1300 calories per day; not eat after 6pm; and be consistent about moderate exercise. All of this is doable. Hope I don't just have the first flush of new years new beginning...want this to stick and toast next year in a new body.
