And of course the school day went by really slowly. Part of this thanks to the fact that I was constipated and cramping half the day :S I really really need to up my water intake and probably drop the cheese for a while. I went over my 20 carb limit today. I am a little disappointed in myself but I'll get over it quickly. 24 - 25 carbs is nothing compared to the carbs I would eat off plan so I don't think its going to send me off track or anything. Hopefully I will see a good loss this Sunday so the motivation continues. Low carb is hard for me because really I am not big on many foods outside of breads and sweets lol but I know its the carbs that are killing me so this is the path to take for me.

Anyway, gonna try not to pass out I am so tired. I have to stay up long enough to get the kids in bed at least.
