Well it is Monday morning and glad the weekend is over. During the week it seems I am so much more structured. Weekend was hard and i was only 50% raw. So today I am going to be Raw and only thing I am steaming is fish and veg tonight otherwise all is raw.
And thats how it will be for the rest of this week.
I will update my weight Just before the challenge finishes as I dont like to hop on the scale everyday.
I am sure the gain I had was due to the bad eating on the days before the start of this challenge.
