I noticed that i did many mistakes during my last month in my diet and gonna stop doing the listed below!
1-NO Eating chocolates that has no nutrition recognition. Especially eating chocolates that has more than 200 calories.
2-Stop drinking beverages that waste my whole calories intake!
3-Eating fruits and vegetables>> More and more protein.
4-Weight my body every one week, so i do not feel DOWN.
Gonna start tomorrow, and weight the next week. Gonna do it and lose weight again!

That's a good plan you have. Remember those protein foods - milk, yogurt, eggs, meat and fish.
